Double Convention Combo

Elemensional Rift trailer for FWA 2026

Elemensional Rift started off the double decker convention showcasing by returning to FWA. The showcasing at FWA allowed for a great place to test the addition of the now finished Red’s Vault and Mr. Bishounen’s Training Dojo. While they are not the most exciting modes for showcasing, they are quite important for the player experience when they own the game. The Red’s Vault allows players to more quickly and easily acquire various specific collectibles that the player desire with less grinding needed. The Mr. Bishounen Training Dojo is a crucial feature in the genre for players who yearn to reach that next, higher level of skill to become the very best player around, which is something many vie for within the genre. With the steady flow of traffic, the new game modes were given plenty of play time to ensure that the convention for the following week would be good and ready to hit things very hard when showcasing right before the convention dedicated to eSports.

Elemensional Rift trailer for DreamHack: Atlanta 2026

With not even a handful of days after FWA is cleared up, it was already time to set up a booth for DreamHack: Atlanta. Unlike the traditional convention flow, attendees came roaring right from the get go. Far and away, this was the busiest first day stats for Elemensional Rift recorded. After sorting through all of the data and putting it together, the play sessions for the first day even surpassed normal middle days for conventions. This showed great reception of all of the systems rebuilt over the past year fully coming together. The gameplay feel fresher, freer, and more fluid than ever and the gameplay feels deeply in the player’s control. The bounty mode also gained a lot of positive reception now that all of the rebuilt elements have come together. Players wanted to play multiple sessions and fight for victory against their friends multiple times as they learned the layers upon layers of the various systems. Another unique metric was that a large majority of players who played the arcade played all the way through. This continues to show great signs that once players get started, they are rewarded with great gameplay that they don’t want to put down.

Some other stats of note from the conventions:

  • The 2 fighters with the 0 wins at FWA ended up having the most usage at DreamHack
  • The 2 fighters with the highest usage at FWA coincidentally were the 2 fighters for the finals of DreamHack: Atlanta 2025
  • The 2 fighters with the highest win rates at FWA are 2 of the 3 favorites from the local competitive scene
  • Neon has once again surpassed Crispy B. in usage at DreamHack
  • Neon also obtained the greatest number of wins at DreamHack.
  • Friday at DreamHack had more than double the bounty mode usages of all of DreamHack: Atlanta 2025.
  • The characters tied for highest win percentages at DreamHack are considered exact opposites of eachother: Kaizen and Mana
  • Unsurprisingly, the 2 fighters with the lowest win percentages are considered the slowest learning curves that require time to begin getting the hang of: Psyren and ‘Zieque
  • Combined total of figurines collected at each events adds to just over the total currently available figurine count.
